Yuba Sutter Cheer Association is a youth competitive cheerleading program serving Yuba and Sutter Counties. YSCA’s mission is to educate youth in the fundamentals of Cheerleading, promote good sportsmanship, instill a sense of self-worth, and participation in competitive cheerleading events.
